Money fly away

I have just spend a $130 bucks at junction 8! You must be thinking WHAT can I spent at Junction 8 right? Ok.. firstly.. I went for a din din at some Kopi Tiam... and then darling and I decided to watch The HOSSAN LEONG show!!



Yeap! It will be on this coming SUNDAY!! Super can't wait lar!!! We have been wanting to watch such shows since DUNNO WHEN! Its either we dun have enough to spend on the movie or THE tickets just run out. I super wanna watch The dim sum dollies for dunno how long liao.. and I always miss it. Manage to catch only ONCE!! This time.. its Hossan Leong.. and even though they have run out of CATEGORY 1 tickets (Which I really wanted it badly!!).. I dun mind getting the cat 2 ones. And VIOLA.. we just purchase two tickets for Sunday's show. YippiE!!!!!! REally hope darling will love it!!

Then.. it was to ADIDAS to get my running shoes. They are having discounts at Junction 8! 30 percent off my FAVOURITE PAIR OF SHOES!! I got it without any regrets with Rachel's and Lisa's bday vouchers to me.. It cost $76 in after all the deductions. Now, I can run in pride!! thanks Lisa and Rach once again to be part of my LOSE-3kg exercise regime. Heh heh!!

I have like so many things to look forward to.. but firstly.. I need to conquer 2 main projs!! Fucking annoying SM proj again!! I seriously hate it to the MAX!!!

A mooncake happiness!

Friday:
Met ah jun after my tuition. Had a good talk with him along with baby. YEs... am glad that darling is getting more sociable compared to the past. At times I do think darling is getting older and sensible.

Saturday:
Woke up for sch at 12 as usual. Lesson was alright with the occassional laughter.
Supposed to have proj. meeting after sch but it was cancelled. Darling came to meet me and we both headed to town to SHOP! But due to the craving for WASABI-TEH... we end up queuing for a freaking 2 HOURS! Its damn miserable.. to be standing there like an idiot. THE BEST THING was... I was there queuing at 5.20pm when the restaurant opens at 5.30pm... and I got in at 7pm because they DARINGly open their shop only at. 6pm!! WTF! We cant leave because it will be damn wasted to leave after 1hr of queuing. What's worst was.. the chef and waitress have changed!! -_-!!!
The food was Alright only lo... but thank goodness that baby isnt ANGRY at all abt the queuing part.

Went to walk ard orchard awhile.. and spotted the mooncake exhibition at taka. As usual, we walk ard the whole area... just to try the different mooncakes. Wanted to get some for out parents.. but... drop that idea in the end.

Home after buying only a pair of shorts. Town is getting boring even after ION is built. I saw a topshop pants which I seriously adore.. but the price kinda put me off.

Sunday:
Accompanied the family for lunch at yishun. It was fun even though I was quiet as usual. We had jap food and hk food for lunchie. Slept like a pig after we reached home. Darling and I both headed down to Junction 8 to check out on the mooncakes again. Bump onto his mum while we were there. His mum wanted to buy me the mooncakes.. for him to Xiao jing my mum.. but I initiated the payment.. still.. I felt HAPPY!! Darling end up paying half for it.. and then asked me a question...

BF: What does buying mooncake for parents symbolise?
Me: Its just a form of respect
Bf: REALLY MEH!! NO WONDER MY MUMMY WANTS ME TO BUY FOR YOU!!
Me: REALLY? WHERE? (I didnt realise it at first!!)
Bf: She wanted to pay b4 you GEH kiang go take your card to pay for it!!
Me: WAH PIANG... you should have pinch me or STOP ME LA!!

Darling even surpise me when he went up to my place to present the mooncakes to my parents! I m SO so so proud of u dear!!!

Sian sian day..

I gave the lecturer one more chance today to prove that his lecture wasnt that boring afterall but I guess he failed again. I don't know what's up with this sem lecturer. Totally screw up. One loves to nag and the other.. simply reads EVERYTHING from the slide. And for the very last lecture, he did that one more time. Grr!! Something happened today in class which makes me BOIL. Cant believe that such person existed. I totally forgotten abt my specs today.. thus i couldnt see very far. I didnt manage to get whatever was on the board.. and thought that maybe it was some impt tips. I plucked up my courage and asked someone in front of me if she could save a copy into my thumb drive after she's done with the typing of 'NOTES'. She gave me a nonchalent Shirk.. which didnt meant anything and so we thought.. she agreed! I mean like.. HELLO.. its just NOTES on the board!! Until the very last minute.. she turned and said.. SORRY! I can't give u the file!! WTF!! I was pretty pissed for a moment... and kept telling myself that maybe she just doesnt wanna share impt tips. NOT only when Adam told me... they are actually guidelines from every chapter!! WAH... lagi pissed! I was shock to learn that universities student are getting more selfish than what I thought would be.

Proj meeting was pretty a success. At least we are finally done with all the allocation. Yawns!! OLD CHANG KEE... you better do me proud!! I was in sch for the whole afternoon.. till 6.30pm! Slept like a dead log in the bus again.. but thank goodness that I manage to wake up on time!! YAwn!!

Sigh.. boyfriend isnt going to meet me for 5 days. The longest since the day he ORD! Kinda wierd but days seems to pass pretty fast.. with all the due dates and all. I wanna finish up 90% of the parts b4 meeting him so that I can enjoy watching movie with him. Love him to the ultimate!!

It was a super down day yesterday. All because of 2 annoying project due today. And as usual, I'm in charge of its content page and formatting. I couldnt take it anymore and surrender at 3am for waiting for its final compilation. Just imagine waiting hrs for a part to be send to u.. in the middle of the night! -_-!

Anyway, its kinda done now even though I'm aware that this time.. its not consider a good job. Seriously, I wanna slaughter SM like totally.. 4000 words for analysis is totally NOT enough! Nvm, shall let it go since its THE DAY already!

I wanted so much to perk myself up today since its a FRIDAY! Open up the cupboards and realise my clothes are depleting and I running out of pretty dresses. Hm, but I'm pretty lazy to go shopping ard for the next few weeks.. PERHAPES a MTH cause of those damn proj and exams! Hm.. think I should just purchase directly from my blogshop since I think I look good wearing it!

Birthday Celebration at AMK hub!

Before you think that its cheapskated, I shall proclaim that IT IS NOT.. in fact.. its the BEST! Due to our time constraints, Baby and I had to resort to celebrating The PRINCESS bday at AMK hub. I was a little disappointed at first but not till the celebration starts. We were contemplating what to have for dinner.. NYNY seems nice, so is Dian Xiao Er and... erm.. FISH n CO is good too. THe final conclusion was dinner at Dian Xiao Er. It was baby's treat OF COURSE!! We ordered merely 3 dishes cause we wanted to leave some space for desserts.. however, we felt that the 3 dishes seems like a 6 course dinner instead. We ate to our hearts content.. and the bill total up to a 50 bucks just for 3 dishes! Still.. we enjoy it! Walked ard AMK hub hand in hand.. and did some quick shopping before all the shop closes. It was until 20% of the food digested that we finally get onto our DESSERTS at NYNY!! My bday CAKE!! HEHEHE.... from DARLING! The desserts were GOOD though SINFUL! I ate so much for the night till my belt nearly gave way. HEHE!! Got home and received a present from my sister. Its cosmatic from ANNA SUI!! There's even BLOTTERs from ANNA SUI!! Really heart it loads! Not forgetting all these presents from Lala and gang. NOw now.. I thinked there's no need for me to purchase anymore make up stuff. EH.. WAIT.. still got the Laniege foundation havent buy yet!! HEHE!!

I'm currently working on my SM proj like a mad biatch.. I swear that this is the worst present I ever had in my entire life.

Not until.. I saw a msg from +61 **********! Its from my dearest Jace dear.. all the way from Aussie! Aw man... thanks for that lovely wishes through Hp and taggy. I'm really touched!! Promise me that we will meetup once u get back k? Must leave a day for me... I DUN CARE!!

On top of that.. I wanna thank all of u who have wished me! I'm sorry if I couldnt thank u cause of that irritating SM proj which I seriously feel like SM-ting it! SM teacher was seriously the worst teacher I ever came across. He was so pissed with our evaluation remark that he spent a good 30 mins on it to explain everything! Min Li n I left and yeap.. he was so pissed that he nags about us leaving to the whole lecture.

I am your local lecturer for MKTG 1275, Strategic Marketing and am excited to be able to work this you this semester.

We will be starting the lectures very soon (tomorrow, in fact), and will discuss with you in detail the nature of the course and what you can expect. But plan for the next three days to be quite packed; there's going to be a lot to cover.

As a starting point, please purchase the textbook Essentials of Strategic Management by Gamble and Thompson (McGraw Hill 2009) as soon as you can. We will be using both the theory content as well as the cases inside. In addition the publisher offers a website for this textbook. Please log into www.mhhe.com/gamble as soon as you can and choose the specific site for this text. You will find two useful items. One is PowerPoint slides for each chapter; these PowerPoints will make a big part of the lectures on days we review the text content. The other useful item is an Acrobat file titled "Guide to Case Analysis". You should definitely read (probably print, too) the Case Analysis supplement no later than Tuesday morning. Analyzing cases makes up a big part of your work in this class. We will be reviewing a short case on Wednesday.

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Dr. Bill Callaghan is the RMIT coordinator for MKTG 1275. Bill and I have worked together in the past to deliver this course, and we are joining forces once again this semester. He has been a real mentor to me in terms of his knowledge and experience not just in marketing but in sharing/teaching his knowledge. Bill and I look forward to working with you through this semester so that the ideas and learning that we will be offering will hopefully prove useful to you after this course is done. ------ like we care much -------

It was a hilarous evalution i suppose. That person who wrote it... totally understand how I felt. But well... that lecturer just doesnt seems to LEARN his mistakes and thinks that whatever he does was ALL RIGHT!! A very happy bday dinner!

Firstly, I've to annouce that my bday is on the 15 SEPT... so you're still early to wish me HAPPY BDAY k? Heheh!!

So I've decided to celebrate my 23rd birthday at Cafe Cartel with some close friends. Was out with Jas to check out the arrival of the new stocks. We were just meeting to CHECK OUT THE STOCKs but end up.. buying them for our next collection cause its just TOO NICE TO RESIST it! Friends.. WAIT OK? The whole season will signify ME.. cause I'm going to be the model of my favourite dresses!! Friends will definitely get some discounts.. and there's limited pieces only k.. so must faster GRAB!!

Apart from that, the reason that I'm so happy today was because I finally received my... WO DE MEI LI RI JI! There's a total of 6 boxes.. which is... 60 pieces of mask!! Looking at those boxes just makes me smile damn HAPPILY!! But well.. I'm still not sure which box to open still... This fren of mine had gotten all the different flavour but none was the one I told him to get. STILL.. its alright.. I seriously TREASURE it cause it flew all the way from Taiwan to SINGAPORE!! Frens.. if you want any.. tell me... I will sell it at $1.80 each PACKET and $1.50 for 3 packets and above.

Oh.. and if u realise, I have actually curl my hair today. I looks 10 yrs older I guess.. but I like the different look I have here. Des(my photographer) told me once that angle is impt and the angle that I would look good is SIDE cause my front view looks chubby. I didnt want to believe him initially but I guess its PROVEN that its true. SEE!!




Alright... time to hit the sacks. I'm dead tired today. I was LOST in WHAMPOA area thanks to the bus directory that directed me wrongly. Its seriously creepy to be at ST. MICHAELS bus terminal at 7.30pm!! I'm SERIOUS!!

Marriage Marriage

No! I'm not getting married anytime soon!! Please dun get the wrong idea! I'm just here to tell you guys about what is in my mind now! Hehehe!!

Upon hearing that buddy is getting married. I'm feeling a tad too excited that I kept bugging my bf on the age that we will get to hear the wedding bells. I know its a little frustrating but WELL... hehe... this is just ME! I know that at the present age of ours, its totally near to 0 percent that we will get married anytime soon. Soon meaning in 2 yrs time! Therefore, I was telling baby that if we dun get engaged by 26.. and married by 27... and then give birth by 28.. THINGS WILL GO HAYWIRE!! I totally wanna have some honeymoon period b4 having a baby.. and if I'm married at 29.. chances of me having a honeymoon period will 1%! So we were having an exchange of words till... we settled that.. if we get rich by 27 THEN SAY and on top of that.. I had to MAINTAIN my figure and looks else my bf doesnt wants me (that was what he claims and got a hard PINCH in return).

I have been hearing alot of HDB queuing stuff for the past few weeks. Then I start to wonder again (YES.. I'm always thinking of nonsense things b4 I sleep).. will it be better to queue for a HDB flat first b4 marriage or the other way round? What if I m not given a flat after I'm married? What if I'm given a flat but I'm not married? Ha! THere's really alot of hmw to do b4 thinking of the amt to pay for a good wedding dinner! DArling and I had a DEBATE on wedding dinner too. He was saying that wedding dinner is an INVESTMENT which I seriously totally disagree. WE debated so professionally in AMK MACDONALD's that probably pple think we are going to fight anytime with our french fries!

My buddy is getting married

Those who knows me well will definitely know who am I referring about. Yeap.. its Kervin! Just receive a news from him that he will be getting married end of this yr! My very first bomb from my buddy.

Hope everything goes well for him and his lovely wife. Haiz... no more Kuey Chup and fun time with him liao lo!!

I'm currently at baby's place now watching tv while he's studying! This week is gonna be a very busy week for me. As much as I dun wan to head to sch this sat, I still have to attend it for proj meeting! Sigh!! Its that irritating analysis proj which seriously cause me alot of ??? on my head! The guys seems to have problem with it now! Shait!!

Whatever it is, I cant wait for Saturday to come! Gonna have din din with the lovelies!! Lisa and Rachel will be joining! And yes.. my buddy!!

Its time to lose some weight

There's a saying that says... A happy women will put on weight. Goshie.. its damn contradicting la. Can't I be HAPPY yet SLIM? How I wish the sentence above is not true but judging at the rate I'm eating, I think its seriously the time to get those fats away.

You know how funny it is when there are times I know I m putting on weight but try not to accept the fact. Just like today after I had 2 breads in sch. I felt as if weight wasn't an issue b4 I ordered that plate of bread.. and after I ate it.. I feel FAT and I dun even dare to step up on the weighing machine at home cause I'm scared I will see an increase in weight.

So, as I was contemplating whether to have rice for dinner.. I told myself that if there's an increase in my weight.. I WILL NOT EAT! I was hesitating to step on the machine.. and finally.. I pluck up my courage and STEP on it! And just like what I expected.. a 1kg INCREASE IN IT! FUCK!! I got down of the machine.. and look at the needle to see if it pointed at 0.. and then try to tilt it SHARPLY at 0(as if got use lidat)! I step on it again.. and to my horror.. its even worst! I feel so depressed that I told mummy not to cook rice for me. YEap.. I had only soup for dinner and am still pondering WHAT ON EARTH MADE ME gain that kg!

Time for me to do my crunches!! 50 crunches here I come!!

Everyone else but me knows that I'm stress

I thought life had been rather RELAX for me. I'm always seen playing mahjong, out shopping and yeap.. swimming/running/hula hooping! But it was until yesterday that I hug my bolster tightly and cried. I felt scared... over NOTHING! Everything just came rushing into my head and I just kept thinking and thinking and thinking.

Proj dateline are due in less than a mths time and yes.. I'm not ready for anything yet. F.Y.I I thought I m still in WEEK 1! I just didnt had the drive this sem to do anything. To make things worst, the mods I'm taking this sems are CRAZY!! Distribution Channel, Global marketing, Communication skills and some business analysis thingy. I swear that I'm going crazy soon! DArling was nice to call me to smoothen my thoughts through chatting. He was emphasizing me that I have too much to cope and I'm too stressful. He even added one more sentence which made me feel like SHOUTING back at him.. but I was too sad to start fighting. He claims that I love to be stress by thinking too much!

Since grandpa passed away last yr, I dunno why I still do feel for him. I see him in most of my dreams as if he was still alive squatting on the stool, drinking his ABC stout. I miss him really lots! Whenever stress in taking on its toll, I pray to him and ask for his support. It works like a miracle! Recently, I heard that one of my uncle is diagnosed with cancer in his bladder. That struck me hard to think why is it so easy to kenna such stuff. 4D also not so Zhun! That seriously made me treasure my family and baby and MYSELF even more!

Gosh... what an EMO post this is! Guess its the cramps that causes it!

A Mahjong Party

Firstly, I would like to make a very BIG announcement... MY BDAY IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hehe... yeap! Its on the 15th Sept! I doubt I will be having any big celebration since its already no longer in the age to hold big parties. SO so so... I will be organising a MAHJONG bday party for myself. Hehe... only selected frens are invited! I'm sorry!! So those who got the invitation better BE THERE K??

Anyway, I really do hope that all of you lovely ladies have heard about my BLOGSHOP!! YEap... its MYSUMMERAFFAIR.LIVEJOURNAL.COM! WEll.. I totally understand that there's only a few items currently..
