Last day...

And so.. it was our last day in BKK! We checked out at abt 10.30am to rush for our shuttle bus. It was quite a saddening part when we had to return the keys. We check in our bags for conceirge and shop for the very last time. We skipped lunch cause we thought dinner could be settled at the airport. Our flight was at 9.15 but we reached at 4.30pm. WAHAHA... just to avoid the jam.
We had nothing to do till 6.15pm. Wander ard the airport to find food.. THANK GOD that they do sell cheesy hotdog there.

After getting our tickets, we went ard the terminal for dinner. BURGER KING there was priced way too high for our liking.. therefore.. we ended up eating this very expensive food too but at least its WORTH IT!


Shop ard bootes.. and then SINGAPORE... here we go. Sigh... its has been almost a week since I'm back! BUT WHY WHY WHY ... do I still miss Bkk so much? Sigh.. guess its the companion I have there. Zw just reminded me that couples who goes to bkk will end up BREAKING UP.. I heard alot of rumours abt it too.. and well.. I actually experienced that b4 TOO. SO please please please.... no MORE ok? I really wanna live my life with LEE YONG YEE LIONEL!!

Bkk... 4th day!

I have promise you guys on a post about the hotel... so here it is. But before I start.. I would like to rant a little something about H1N1. Seriously, I personally feels that it pays to be a GOOD SINGAPOREAN. I've read abt the news about the atrocious amount of fees we got to pay for H1N1 detection if we call 993. 200 over bucks just to check if one has H1N1 and if its positive, you got to pay another 1k for the no. of days stayed in that Chalet. Oh my.. who on earth would still dare to announce if they are spotted with H1N1? Gheesh... what an expensive sickness it is. I did a survey on friends.. and found out that NONE would treat their sickness or syndromes as H1N1 even though it seems like it. Hm... I guess I would never proclaim it too.. even if I had it judging from the atrocious amt I had to pay. Liang TEH.. will be my vaccination/medication if I happen to have it.

Okok.. back to the main topic! It was the 4th day on the 22nd. So happened that.. it was also our 1 yrs 11 mths... so to mark this very special day.. I surprise darling with a dinner at Baiyoke(which I will talk abt it later!). We wasn't really in the mood to shop on that day anymore.. cause we seriously spent too much on the previous few days. All we wanted to do that day was just to walk ard... but we ended getting more LOOTS.. and baby had to camel all the stuff back again.

Oh yar! How can I ever FORGET about our breakfast. Damn cute right.. those eggs. I always choose the HEART SHAPE one for the bf and make him EAT IT! HEHE!
Bf with the loot. Just something to share with you peeps.. If you are wondering WHEN is the best time to book your holidays so that you can shop like mad.. I would definitely recommend you guys to start on Thursday and end on sunday night. Sunday is sort of like a holiday for thais. So many shops were closed in other wholesale mall except Platinum. Bf and I had nothing much to do on sunday and Suan lum had so many shops closed on that day too. Thank god that they are all opened on MONDAY else darling will have NOTHING to bring home from Thailand.
We were just plain bored that day and was trying to be funny. Hehehe!!


Our overall LOOT/hoot. It floods the whole king size bed and we even had problem placing them. My sis even asked me if I'm going to open a shop. Hahah. Now.. I have problem packing it into my wardrop. *smacks*

It was the last night.. and I'm already missing it. I kept telling darling that I dun wanna return to SPore and how great it is to live in such a life. Obviously, he was laughing his ass off la... and burst my bubble of thoughts after that.
Tee hee.. one of my fav dress I've bought over there. I bought alot of dresses over there that I totally lost count. Sigh.. .I dun even know WHEN can I actually finish wearing them.
OUR very very high level buffet dinner. It took us 5 mins to reach that level.
Upon climbing the stairs up to the restaurant, a CLOWN came up to me and played tricks on me. I felt like as though I was a 10 yr old kid then... and he gave me a balloon after tricking me. How mean right? Hehehe!!
He was suppose to be THE CLOWN who tricked me.. but I guess he had changed his dressing to a Mime instead. As u can see.. I was quite scared to take photos with such pple... Haha! Darling had to NICELY TAKE PHOTOS wHEN HE IS SEATING DOWN!! What a 'good' photography skill this is!!
What a beautiful view this is right? Hehhe... the food wasnt really THAT nice la BUT... it cost just 20 bucks each to have your dinner there and a free entry to its rooftop revolving view.. SO WHY NOT RIGHT?? On top of that.. you still can take... such photos..
FYI.. I even wore my newly bought dress for that very special dinner too. Hehe.. it matches the hairband which I have bought too.

Then.. we went up to the rooftop area.. The wind was VERY VERY windy and my skirt kepting flying as if I'm Marilyn Maroe. Wahahaha... but it was really cool to be on top of the tallest building in bkk.

I had to keep holding onto my skirt so that it doesnt fly TOO high. Kinda regret wearing a dress that day cause I couldn't RUN ard as much as I want to.


Some random thai was there too.. and he was nice enough to stop his lovey dovey moment with his GF to help us take a photo.
THe road which we have to walk through everytime we heads out. Nothing scary actually... cause there will be a security guard guarding the motorcycles. So.. don't be fooled by the FORUM!
The family mart we frequent other than 7-11. sigh..These marts sells really nice cheese hotdogs and FREAKING cheap alcohols. 2 cans of heineken (those bigger cans) cost.. like 5 bucks only!! OMG.. freaking cheap can!!

We got back to the hotel.. feeling really exhausted. Took some self shot.. and some kinda FAILED cause baby wasn't really a pro in doing self shot. I helped him after many tries.. and things were much more perfect..




Yeap... that's about it for our 4th day. Sigh.. I always feel a sense of happiness everytime I blogged all these photos. Kinda miss them actually.. but haiz.. have to face the reality that I'm now back in this H1N1 infested country and sch is gonna start in a week time. 1 more week to play hard.. :(!! Bf is already back to work and I wont be seeing him much cause he has to work mon-fri 8-5.30. I miss that bf of mine really lots!!

3rd day of BKK!!

I didnt take much photos on the 3rd day of Bkk cause we were too busy doing our shopping at Platinum Fashion mall and suan Lum. We also went to places that cotters had introduced like SEPAN PUT and Metro but seriously.. they are a WASTE OF TIME. Metro at Petchaburi area has nothing much to shop.. but it will definitely be IF... there were more shops like Platinum Mall cause the air con there is much stronger and also.. its CLEANER. I have heard so much about SEPAN PUT from forums and I was so EXCITED to set foot there.. but.. I left half an hr later after walking AWHILe. There's alot of Thai pple there.. and its definitely very dangerous cause everyone u see there is THAI. Small and crampy and DIRTY. things sold there... are nothing but imitations. Nowhere is better to shop than Platinum mall, JJ market, Suan Lum(even if its ex but the clothes there are better) and Baiyoke! I didnt even walk much in Pratunum Night market even though its just DOWNSTAIR. Ok.. shall let the photos do the talking now...
The food heaven that we went for our dinner. We had to purchase the card first and don't worry.. its refundable! Its located at Siam(if I'm not wrong). The services there are really good. CLEANERS will actually help you find places and help you on your food. Their english is way better than some of the staff in the hotel.
Thats what Mr bf ordered for himself. It really TASTE damn terrific... the way they prepared this meal was.. somewhat SPECIAL. Hahaha...
I really wanted to try Tom Yum Goon even though I couldnt take the spice. I pluck up my courage and ordered it for my dinner knowing that my bf is not even gonna take a sip from my soup.
TATA... I'm gonna start my tissue paper and tears MARATHON. Just like what I expected... I teared like NOBODY business.. darling have to resort to buying bottles of water for me and kept giving me tissue paper. I really wanted to give up at that very min.. but darling is NOT going to taste anything from my Tom Yum.. and so I had to finish it which I really really wanna finish it. ENDED UP... baby gave me his portion of food for me to mix with my spicy tom yum. Wahhaa!!!
I'm finally done with the very spicy dinner. Oh... I was wearing a new top brought out of IMPULSION again. Quite comfortable to wear actually.. so I'm not regret to buy this top.

Just check out the JAM we always have to CONQUER!!Its always lidat EVERYDAY. Since I've already learned how to take the Mrt and BTS.. I'm so not going to stay in the CITY area ANYMORE unless there's a train station. Thank god that they are building a MRT station near Baiyoke SOON..
Off I GO again on a train to SUAN LUM!! Woots!! Darling thinks that the clothes there are MORE HIM cause of the designer clothes. I would think so too.. but its kinda overpriced.



Here comes my introduction of my room corridor!!
The lift that we have to take everytime. Alot of Singaporeans I must say... esp young couples.
This will be the downside. We have to climb stairs to reach our level. Just a small plight of stairs.. there's lift on EVERY even numbers of level.
The LIFT!!! Got 2 lift to serve you.. so NOT THAT BAD LA!
Our corridor. Its not air conditioned.. so its really stuffy at the corridor but HELLO.. 50 bucks nia.. No need air con also can la.. CAUSE the damn freaking air con in the room.. is damn COLD. WORST was.. my bf loves to have air con temp at 18 degrees.. OMG... I have to shiver everytime I heads out from the bathroom. THANK god the floor was CARPETED and they provide slippers for u too.
My room door. Hehe... 911 lei!! A sad thing for the bf was it wasn't a smoking room cause they didnt have any on the day we checked in but they were nice enough to get us on the NEXT DAY. However.. due to our laziness and enthu-ness for JJ market.. we didnt want to travel back early just to change room at 12 the next day. So baby have to GO down to smoke everytime he needs it. Haha.. good training session for our future cause I'm gonna ban smokers in the house TOO! HAHA!!
