Kite flying

I have been seeing kite flying ard everytime my dad drove past this park in tampines. I have been longing to fly kites since then.. but then the big problem is.. HOW?

I did my research on where to buy kites.. and I saw so many different kind of kites that is sold online and it cost like 50 plus? BUT.. they are really very nice kites. I even saw one DOREMON one.. but.. I guess if I really get the kite, it will be damn embarrassing to carry it ard.. I want the kite to come with a bell.. seems cool! Ah.. watever it is.. PEEPS.. if u have got kites that is collecting dust at home or know any places to get really nice and cheap kites.. PLEASE MSG ME!!
